Service Description
Plume is an informational health companion for cycle awareness, baby-care logs, fever context, and family collaboration. Plume is not a medical device.
Account and Access
- Core local features may be available without cloud account usage.
- Some collaborative functions require account authentication.
- You are responsible for securing your account credentials.
User Responsibilities
- Do not misuse the service for unlawful activities.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to other users' data.
- Do not interfere with service security or integrity.
Medical Limitation
Content and insights in Plume are informational only. They do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and technical interruptions may occur.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all app and website content, branding, and software elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted beyond personal service use.
Liability
Liability is limited under applicable law. In particular, we are not liable for indirect damages unless mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise (for example intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, or mandatory product liability rules).
Termination and Deletion
You may stop using Plume at any time. Data deletion options are described on the Delete Account page.

Applicable Law
Subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Changes to Terms
